Our low rates can not be obtained on the Internet or by calling the hotels directly. Please note that no deposit is required and that you can modify or cancel your reservation until 72h before the event.
For your convenience, reservations are integrated to the registration process. We strongly suggest that to book your accomodation at the same time as you register for the symposium.
Noteworthy of mention, the symposium is held during the Quebec City Summer Festival. So please make all your hotel researvations as quickly as possible
